【不锈钢折弯系数表】
在不锈钢板折弯的时候,特别是厚板都可以把折弯系数考虑进去,这个时候不同的厚度折弯量是多少,就取决与折弯系数计算公式了。不然很难折出来的。折弯系数与源折弯的R关系很大,具体有计算公式的百,不锈钢板折弯系数(z)为度0.2~0.3t一般为0.25t 冷扎薄钢板(z)
t=0.5 0.2 t=0.8 0.3~0.4 t=1.0 0.4 t=1.2 0.5 t=1.5 0.6 t=2.0 0.8 t=2.5 1.0 t>3.0 折弯系数知为道0.3~0.4t 铝板折弯系数为0.5t 铜排折弯系数为0.4t。
单位尺寸下,板材越厚,所需折弯力越大,而且随着板厚增大在选择折弯设备时折弯力的裕量应该更大;
单位尺寸下,抗拉强度越大,延伸率越小,所需折弯力越大,折弯角应该越大;
设计图中板厚与折弯半径对应情况下,根据经验,一道弯工件的展开尺寸为直角边相加减去两个板厚,完全可以满足设计精度要求,根据经验公式计算展开量可简化计算过程大大提高生产效率。
